CANCELLATION POLICY

Thank you for shopping at SKYWOOD DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP LLC. 

Because our platform specializes exclusively in custom-made, on-demand audiovisual content and tailor-made digital production services, options for cancellation are strictly regulated based on the custom labor initiated for your project.

1. CANCELLATION WINDOW FOR CUSTOM ORDERS
Once an order is placed and the checkout process is finalized, payment is collected immediately to secure your production slot in our pipeline. 
• Within the 1-Hour Window: You may request a cancellation and a full refund only within one (1) hour of completing your purchase, provided that active creative production or project assessment has not yet commenced.
• After the 1-Hour Window: Once the one-hour window has elapsed, the order enters our active production queue. At this stage, the order cannot be canceled, reverted, or revoked, as custom labor hours and resources are already allocated to your specific project. All such sales become final.

2. PRE-ORDERS / FUTURE RELEASE OPTIONS
If you purchase an audiovisual asset or digital package under a specific "Pre-Order" agreement for a future scheduled release date, you retain the right to cancel your purchase option before production begins. To cancel a pre-order, you must contact our support team at contact@skywooddigitalmedia.com at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled digital production start date.

3. UNAUTHORIZED CANCELLATIONS & DISPUTES
Attempting to cancel a completed transaction through your bank or credit card company (chargebacks) after the cancellation window has passed or after receiving your custom assets is strictly prohibited. SKYWOOD DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP LLC tracks all project briefs, email communications, and delivery timestamps to dispute unauthorized cancellation claims with financial institutions.
